Delivery Policy
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using reliable courier partners. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your parcel within 3–5 working days, depending on stock availability.
Delivery Times:

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your parcel is shipped.
Important:
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or incorrect product choices once the order has been processed. However, we will gladly replace or refund any item that is:

Incorrectly packed

Expired or spoiled on arrival
To qualify for a return or refund:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

You will need to send a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Process:

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on your preference and stock availability.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We reserve the right to decline claims if the product has been opened, partially used, or not stored correctly.

No refunds will be issued for delivery delays caused by courier companies or public holidays.
